What kind of shirts do you use?
Our launch collection uses garment-dyed heavyweight tees made from 100% ring-spun US cotton. The fabric is pre-shrunk and finished with durable double-needle stitching.
How do the shirts fit?
They have a relaxed, unisex fit. Visit our Size & Fit page before ordering.
Why can colors look slightly different?
Garment dyeing naturally creates subtle shade variation. Screen settings and lighting can also affect how a color appears.
Orders
Are the shirts made to order?
Yes. Each shirt is printed after purchase.
How long does US delivery take?
The current Standard Delivery estimate is 4–10 business days. Use the estimate shown at checkout for the most current timing.
Will I receive tracking?
Yes. Tracking is emailed when the order ships.
Can I change an order after placing it?
Contact us immediately. Once production begins, changes or cancellations may not be possible.
Returns & Replacements
Do you accept returns or exchanges?
Because each item is made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for choosing the wrong size or color, or for a change of mind. Please review the Size & Fit page before ordering.
What if my item arrives damaged, misprinted or incorrect?
Contact us within 30 days of delivery and include your order number and clear photos of the issue. If the item is defective, damaged, misprinted or incorrect, we will review it and arrange a replacement or refund when approved. Do not return the item unless we provide instructions.
Care
How should I wash my shirt?
Machine wash cold, inside out, with similar colors. Tumble dry low and do not iron directly on the printed artwork.
