Because every West & Worth Co. item is made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for selecting the wrong size or color, or for a change of mind. Please review our Size & Fit information carefully before ordering.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or different from what you ordered, contact us within 30 days of delivery. Include your order number, a description of the problem, and clear photographs showing the issue.

Approved claims will receive a replacement or refund at no additional cost. Please do not return an item unless we provide return instructions.

Order changes and cancellations are not guaranteed after production begins. Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address when ordering.

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. Processing times may vary by financial institution.
